How Pairden Directory works
A free list of local service businesses in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties, run by Pairden Technologies LLC.
If you need a pro
- 01Search a service and your ZIP code or city.
- 02Call a business directly from its listing, or send one request.
- 03A request goes to up to 3 listed businesses that do that work. We tell you which business took it.
What a listing shows
- Business name, phone number, and city or ZIP.
- Hours, street address and website only when they have been verified. If we couldn't find a website, the listing says so.
- Confirmed by owner when the owner claimed the listing or the business confirmed its details. Listings without it come from the business's own public information and haven't been confirmed yet.
What we never show
Star ratings, review counts, review text, photos we didn't get from the owner, or owners' names. Each listing links out to Google if you want to read reviews there.
How pages appear
A trade page for a county or city appears once at least 5 businesses are listed for it. Until then, each business still has its own page. The directory updates itself every night from our listings database; nobody edits pages by hand.
If you own a listed business
- Your listing is free and stays free. There are no invoices or renewals for it. The one paid option is a Featured row, always labeled — see For businesses.
- Claim it from your listing page (“Is this your business? Claim it free”), from Find my business, or from the link in our email. We confirm by email before anything changes.
- Once claimed, you can add a description, the services you offer and a booking link, and choose how customer requests reach you.
Fixing or removing a listing
Use “Report incorrect info” on any listing, or reply REMOVE to any email from us. Removals are permanent.
