Privacy Policy

Pairden Directory (pairdendirectory.com) is operated by Pairden Technologies LLC ("we"). This policy covers the directory site only.

What we collect

• Quote requests and inquiries: your name, phone number, email (if given), ZIP code, the job description, and which consent boxes you checked.
• Business claims and authorizations: the name, phone and email of the person claiming or authorizing, any corrections you send, which optional boxes you checked (listing contact, email updates, texts, a receptionist call), and which paid add-ons you chose (Featured, Priority Leads).
• Reports: what you report and your email if you give it.
• With every form: the date and time, your IP address, your browser's user-agent, and the version of the form or terms you saw. We keep these as a record of your consent.
• Business listings: business name, phone, city, and — only where verified — address, hours and website, taken from the business's own public information or confirmed by the owner.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers on this site.

Who we share it with

• Local businesses you are matched with. A quote request goes to up to 3 listed businesses that do the work you asked for (an inquiry goes to the business you chose first). They receive your name, contact details, ZIP and job description so they can contact you.
• Service providers that run the directory for us, only to operate it: Netlify (website hosting), Airtable (database), Make.com (workflow automation), HighLevel (customer records, messaging and our booking calendar), Stripe (payments — card details go to Stripe's hosted checkout and never touch this site), our email-sending provider, our text-message provider, and — only if you checked the AI-call box — our AI voice-calling provider. VERIFY: final vendor list, esp. email and voice providers.
• If the law requires it, or to protect people from fraud or harm.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not sell quote requests.

Calls and texts

The AI-assisted call box, the text-message box and, on the business claim form, the email-updates and receptionist-call boxes are optional and unchecked by default. Leaving them unchecked does not affect your request or your free listing. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts; tell any caller to stop calling and we will.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as California law defines those terms. This site has no advertising cookies or third-party trackers, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals from your browser.

If that ever changes, we will update this section first and give you a way to opt out here. You can also record an opt-out now, for the future, by emailing VERIFY: privacy contact email with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share".

How long we keep it

We keep requests and consent records as long as needed to operate the directory and to show what you agreed to. VERIFY: retention period.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing VERIFY: privacy contact email. Consent records may be kept where the law allows, to prove an opt-out was honored.
• Businesses can ask for their listing to be corrected or removed at any time. Removals are permanent.
• California residents: VERIFY: CCPA/CPRA applicability and required disclosures.
